View 12:00, Auction 2:00

Most of the works offered for sale are from Alistair Ross’s collection, accumulated over many years. Alistair was a gifted water colorist, etcher and fabric artist who sparked an interest in art in hundreds of students at Kitsilano High before retiring to Galiano Island, where he became an inspiring community leader and the founder of the Galiano Museum. These works are available thanks to the generosity and continuing support of his widow, Dorothy Ross. Other works by local artists have also been made available by friends of the Museum Society.

The works will be auctioned in the order presented here. Reserve prices (R.P.), from which bidding is to start, are indicated under the numbers.
