FUTURE MUSEUM PLANS
The Galiano Museum Society is a registered nonprofit organization created in 1997 to “acquire, preserve and display” artifacts and documents relevant to Galiano Island. It also sponsors public education events and initiatives of local historical interest. The Museum is working towards the construction of a permanent home on Georgeson Bay Road.

The Museum Society appreciates the enthusiastic and generous community support of its plans for a permanent museum building. We welcome contributions towards site preparation, design and construction.
As a fund-raiser, the Society is selling certificates (with tax receipts) for the purchase of one square foot of our new buidling for a donation of $250. Phone Jackie Grist (250-539-2105) or Carol Robson (250-539-2444) if you wish to purchase a certificate.
